JIS standard: VF-50
Features
Carbide grade used by many semiconductor manufacturers for leadframe stamping. High fracture strength and hardness is obtained using fine WC grains, and has excellent wear and chipping resistance.
This grade's impact resistance and fracture toughness is higher than KD30 due to higher Co content, however wear resistance is reduced by one rank.
